Refresh Print Client

f you find that your printer disconnects and goes offline you will want to install the Refresh tool which will help you get back up and running.

Now that you have the Refresh tool installed anytime you find your printer offline

Simply click on the Refresh icon, then click Refresh Print Client

And once the client has restarted successfully you will see the following pop-up

Close this pop-up and wait up to 30 seconds and your printer should reconnect. You will confirm that the printer is now online by looking at the icon
