How to automate transferring of inventory between two Shopify locations.

Since RFID tags are all unique, by simply scanning your inventory to a new location, the system automatically removes the items from the origin and adds them to the destination. You can automate these inventory updates of the origin and destination by enabling the "Auto-apply" setting.
