Resolve & Sync

This article describes the process of resolving inventory errors and syncing it to Shopify after you perform an Audit


From an Audit, you can go to the Resolution Center. This is where you can give reasons for specific items being over expected or under expected.

You can select one or multiple products, and click Resolve to bring you to the resolution step.

From here, you have two different options to resolve the section:

1. Bulk Resolve: Give the same reason for every product selected

2. Single Resolve: Give a reason for a specific product


A Reason is a label given to discrepancies that can allow for different actions to be taken. For example, the reason Untagged incoming order will require more tags to be printed. Once you save a resolution, you can Resolve it. This will bring it to the Pending actions tab.

In the Pending actions tab, you can perform actions on the products, such as printing tags or archiving tags. Once you perform the action, you can go to the Ready to sync page.

In the Ready to sync page, you can sync the Simple RFID product counts directly to Shopify.
