ZD500R: Reset to Factory Defaults

Method

After 1:starting Holdthe buttonsprinter, duringuse startup

the touchscreen to click "Menu"

Turn

On offthe left side of the screen, click "Settings"

Scroll down and click "Restore Defaults"

Click on "Restore Printer" and accept the prompt

This will reset the printer using the switch on the back.

Press and hold FEED + PAUSE while turning on the printer.

Continue holding FEED + PAUSE until the first control panel light turns off.

The printer configuration is now reset to the factory default values.defaults.

Method 2: Using the printer's menu

Click the left button under the Home icon on the printer's screen.

Navigate to the TOOLS menu (represented by a wrench and hammer).

Scroll to the right until you see the LOAD DEFAULTS FACTORY option.
