Shopify Users: Printing RFID Labels & Verifying Receipt of Purchase Orders in Shopify

If you fail to see Purchase Orders in the Web Portal, you may need to update the permissions inside the Simple RFID Shopify App. Please open the app and confirm before proceeding.

Attn: If you receive product directly into Shopify from another source you'll want to keep this setting disabled. Enabling it and verifying orders will add the scanned quantity to Shopify again.

Inside your Settings panel (Customer Profile) you'll find "Shopify Settings." Here you must enable the setting to "Receive purchase orders in Shopify on verify."

Steps:

Create a purchase order in Shopify

1. Create the purchase order in Shopify
2. Convert the PO to a Transfer
3. Click "Mark as in transit"

The Purchase Order will be automatically created in the Simple RFID web portal.

Print RFID labels for PO

Navigate to the PO by clicking Orders from the left menu, then Purchase.

• Locate the desired order, and click on it to open it
• Inside the purchase order view, click the Print button in the right corner

Print Controller

This opens the print controller with the order details loaded.

Select desired:

• printer
• label layout

The printer must be Online to print

• Click "Print" to initiate the job immediately, or "Postpone" to send the job to the printer in Paused status

Your labels will be printed!

Mobile App: Verify Purchase Order Completeness

• Next, open the mobile app.
• Ensure you have selected to the location where you are receiving the new products.
• Click on the Receiving tab.
• Click on the Products tab
• Click "Verify"
• Scan Tags
• Upload

The scanned tags then immediately update the received quantity in Shopify. If the order was partially received, the order will remain open and the received items will update in Shopify.

Print Missing Labels

If more labels are needed, open the Web Portal and navigate the order, then click "Print." Here, you'll see the items which have already been verified, against the ordered count, and will suggest a print job for any difference.

Mobile App: Repeat Verification Process

Finally, open the mobile app and repeat the steps.

Once all tags in the order are scanned the Shopify order quantities and status will be reflected as Received.
